The cross country program is composed of midget, junior and senior co-ed teams. Cross country is a "no cut" sport, whereby all athletes compete in all meets. Each team has no restrictions as to the number of competitors, however, only the top four finishers count as scores for the team. Whether you are a jogger or a highly competiive runner, cross country can be a meaningful and rewarding experience.
The cross counrtry season runs from September until November.
